5) A good title sequence according to Kyle Cooper
According to Kyle Cooper, a good title sequence needs to contain many features. This helps to grab the audiences attention, set an idea of what the movie may be about, what kind of genre it may be, puts the audience into a suspending disbelief and sets a tempo. What he thinks a good title sequence needs to do is to set an expectation of the movie(dovetail) and make the audience feel as though they don't want to be anywhere else. This can be used through the type and size of font being used, the type of music being played and the colours that they see. Kyle Cooper also thinks that the typography and the photographs are important because it sets a tone to the movie.
