Titles: font, style and order

The font is important in portraying what sort of film it is and setting the tone. It can also give information about characters in the film. This is done very well in Se7en as the font used is meant to look like handwriting. We can see someone in the picture scribbling down notes in a notepad. This corresponds with the picture we are seeing and also tells us a little bit about the character. 
The credits in the opening sequence in se7en are 2 minutes. This is a good amount of time as it builds suspense in the audience but is not too long so they get bored and are just waiting for the film to start.
